Senior Property Consultant

Role Description The Senior Property Consultant at Remas Developments is a full-time, on-site role based in Qesm El Sheikh Zaid. The role involves managing the full sales cycle for residential and commercial properties, including prospecting leads, conducting property viewings, and closing transactions. The Senior Property Consultant advises clients on market trends, property values, and investment opportunities, ensuring that recommendations align with clients’ needs and financial goals. Daily responsibilities include maintaining an updated portfolio of available properties, preparing and presenting customized proposals, and following up with clients to build long-term relationships. The role also requires close collaboration with internal teams to ensure accurate documentation, smooth handover processes, and strong representation of Remas Developments’ brand and service standards. Qualifications Strong consulting and advisory skills to understand client needs and provide tailored real estate solutions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for clear presentations, negotiations, and relationship building. Proven customer service abilities to deliver responsive, professional support and ensure positive client experiences. Demonstrated sales skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding property sales targets. Solid knowledge of real estate markets, regulations, and property valuation principles. Experience in residential and/or commercial property consulting, preferably in similar developments or markets. Ability to work on-site full time in Qesm El Sheikh Zaid and manage multiple client engagements simultaneously. Proficiency in CRM tools and basic office software to track leads, opportunities, and client communications. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
