Role Description The Scale Media is seeking skilled Sales Agents for a full-time remote position focused on supporting aesthetic clinics and medical spas. In this role, you will do the following: -conduct outbound and inbound sales calls, qualify leads, present service offerings, and guide prospective clients through the sales process. -You will follow up on marketing-generated leads, manage a sales pipeline, and maintain accurate records in the CRM system. -Day-to-day responsibilities include building relationships with clinic owners and managers, identifying their needs, and aligning them with appropriate marketing solutions. 💰 Earning Potentials: $400-$1200/ Month. ⏰ Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM - 7 PM UK Time 🎯 Location: Remote What You Need to Succeed ✔️ 300+ dials/day — ✔️ Fluent English with a neutral accent ✔️ Coachable, competitive, and constantly improving ✔️ Full-time commitment: 5 days/week, 9 hours/day (UK time: 9 AM – 7 PM) Who We’re Looking For: 🔹 Fluent English speaker with a neutral accent. 🔹 6-12 month of sales experience (cold calling/appointment setting preferred) 🔹 Highly competitive and results-driven. 🔹 Ability to handle high call volumes & work under pressure 🔹 Full-time job 🔹 Good internet connection & headset.
