Role Description The Junior Property Consultant is a full-time, on-site role based in Heliopolis. The person in this role supports property sales and leasing activities by assisting with client consultations, property viewings, and follow-ups. Daily responsibilities include maintaining accurate property listings, preparing basic sales materials, coordinating appointments, and responding to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner. The Junior Property Consultant collaborates with senior consultants to learn negotiation techniques, market analysis, and client relationship management, while ensuring all interactions reflect the company’s luxury standards. The role also involves staying informed about local market trends and available properties to provide informed guidance to potential buyers and tenants. Qualifications Client service and communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and a professional, customer-focused mindset. Basic sales and negotiation skills, with an interest in developing consultative selling techniques in the real estate sector. Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple property listings, appointments, and client follow-ups efficiently. Analytical and market awareness skills, including the ability to learn and interpret local real estate trends and property values. Proficiency with basic computer tools and CRM or property management software; comfort with maintaining digital records. Ability to work on-site in Heliopolis, collaborate within a team environment, and adapt to a high-standard, luxury-focused brand culture. Prior internship or entry-level experience in real estate, sales, or customer service is an advantage but not required.
