Estimation Engineer

ELECTRICAL MEP ESTIMATOR – FIT-OUT PROJECTS Location: Dubai, UAE Salary Range: AED 4,000 to AED 5,000 (inclusive of leave salary and standard benefits) We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Electrical MEP Estimator with a strong electrical background to join our team and contribute to commercial and interior fit-out projects in Dubai. Key Requirements 2+ years of experience in electrical MEP estimation, preferably within interior fit-out projects. Strong educational background or professional experience in Electrical Engineering. Sound knowledge and proficiency in AutoCAD for reviewing, measuring, and extracting quantities from electrical layouts and drawings. Hands-on experience in quantity take-offs, BOQ preparation, and detailed cost estimation for electrical systems. Good understanding of electrical MEP services, single-line diagrams (SLDs), containment layouts, and basic design principles. Ability to accurately review electrical drawings, specifications, BOQs, and tender documents. Familiarity with relevant local authority regulations, codes, and standards (e.g., DEWA/local municipality guidelines). Proven experience in preparing precise material, equipment, and labor cost estimates. Strong analytical, coordination, and time-management skills with the ability to work efficiently under tight dead lines.
