IT Sales Account Manager

Qualifications Proven experience in IT sales, account management, or business development within technology or related services. Strong understanding of enterprise IT solutions such as cloud computing, cybersecurity, data center and networking, Microsoft services, Odoo, and managed services. Ability to build and maintain client relationships, manage accounts, and provide consultative sales support tailored to business needs. Solid skills in communication, negotiation, presentation, and proposal development, with the ability to explain technical concepts in business terms. Comfort with CRM tools, sales reporting, and basic financial and commercial concepts (pricing, margins, forecasts). Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field; relevant sales or technical certifications are an advantage. Fluency in English and Arabic, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
