About the Role. Job Location: Kuwait. Department: On Sync Energy Management Services Company. Job Responsibilities Perform preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of electrical equipment and systems. Maintain and troubleshoot high-voltage (HT) and low-voltage (LT) electrical networks and associated equipment. Assist in diagnosing electrical faults and implementing appropriate corrective actions. Support and guide skilled electrical maintenance personnel. Carry out electrical modifications, minor projects, and improvement works on existing electrical systems. Ensure proper housekeeping and maintain cleanliness in electrical equipment and work areas. Follow safety procedures and obtain the required work permits before performing maintenance activities. Maintain electrical equipment reliability through scheduled preventive maintenance activities. Qualification Requirements Diploma in Electrical Engineering. Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and overhauling of electrical equipment in the Oil & Gas, refinery, or process industry. OR Secondary School Certificate. Minimum 8 years of experience in electrical maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and overhauling of electrical equipment in the Oil & Gas, refinery, or process industry. Practical knowledge of HT/LT electrical networks, industrial electrical equipment, and preventive maintenance procedures. Familiarity with work permit systems and industrial HSE requirements.
