Mobility Packet Core Expert – ACI & CVIM

We are looking for an experienced Mobility Packet Core Expert with a strong background in mobile telecommunications and hands-on expertise across 3G, 4G and 5G Packet Core technologies. The ideal candidate must have a pure mobility background, with practical experience in ACI (Application Centric Infrastructure) and CVIM (Cloud Infrastructure for Virtualized Network Functions). The candidate should possess excellent communication and customer-facing skills, with the ability to independently manage direct customer interactions, technical discussions and troubleshooting activities. Key Responsibilities Provide technical expertise and support for 3G, 4G and 5G Mobile Packet Core networks. Work on Packet Core architecture, implementation, integration, configuration and troubleshooting. Demonstrate hands-on experience with Cisco ACI and CVIM environments. Support cloud-based and virtualized Packet Core network deployments. Independently handle direct customer interactions, technical discussions and issue escalations. Engage with customer engineering and operations teams to understand requirements and provide technical solutions. Lead technical troubleshooting and root cause analysis for complex Packet Core issues. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of mobility projects. Support network optimization, performance improvement and service assurance activities. Prepare and communicate technical updates, reports and recommendations to customers. Mandatory Technical Skills Strong hands-on experience in 3G, 4G LTE and 5G Packet Core. Pure Mobile/Mobility telecommunications background is mandatory. Practical experience with Cisco ACI (Application Centric Infrastructure). Practical experience with CVIM (Cloud Infrastructure for Virtualized Network Functions). Good understanding of virtualized network functions (VNFs) and cloud-native telecom infrastructure. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities. Experience in mobile network integration, deployment and operations. Required Soft Skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong customer-facing and stakeholder management capabilities. Ability to independently lead customer technical discussions. Confidence in handling customer escalations and resolving technical challenges. Ability to work independently in a customer-facing environment.
