Junior Accountant

Key Responsibilities Record daily accounting transactions in QuickBooks. Prepare and maintain invoices, receipts and payment vouchers. Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable. Perform bank, credit card and payment account reconciliations. Monitor outstanding payments and follow up on receivables. Maintain accurate financial records and supporting documents. Assist with VAT filings and accounting compliance. Support monthly and year-end closing activities. Prepare basic financial reports and expense summaries. Assist the finance team with other accounting-related tasks. Requirements 2–3 years of accounting experience preferred. Knowledge of ERP - QuickBooks and MS Word and Excel. Understanding of accounting principles. Good organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Show more Show less
