Job Description We are looking for a confident, well-spoken, and organized Lead Qualification Specialist to contact potential customers by phone, evaluate their interest, qualify leads, and schedule business meetings with our sales team. This is a phone-based lead qualification role, not a direct sales or marketing position. Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to assigned leads and potential business customers. Communicate professionally with prospects in Arabic and English. Understand customer needs and assess their interest in our solutions. Qualify leads based on business requirements, decision-making authority, and potential opportunities. Categorize leads as qualified, unqualified, or requiring follow-up. Schedule and confirm meetings with interested and qualified prospects. Follow up with leads through phone calls, WhatsApp, and email. Maintain accurate lead information and communication records in the CRM. Provide regular updates on calls, qualified leads, and scheduled meetings. Requirements Excellent spoken English and Arabic. Strong telephone communication and interpersonal skills. Confident and professional speaking manner. Strong listening and questioning skills. Good organizational and follow-up abilities. Basic computer skills and ability to work with CRM systems. Reliable internet connection and a suitable remote working environment. Previous experience in lead qualification, customer service, or telephone communication is an advantage but not required. Fresh graduates are welcome.
