This role is responsible for planning, scripting, and producing short-form video content (reels) for social media platforms, aligned with clients’ brand guidelines and marketing objectives. Daily tasks include brainstorming concepts with the creative and marketing teams, filming and editing reels, selecting music and effects, and optimizing content for engagement and reach. The Reel Creator will also analyze performance metrics, suggest improvements, and stay current with platform trends and best practices to ensure content remains fresh and relevant. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong skills in video shooting, video editing, and short-form content creation for social media platforms. Candidates should possess skills in content planning, storytelling, and basic scriptwriting to craft engaging reel concepts. Candidates should possess skills in social media marketing, trend analysis, and audience engagement strategies. Candidates should possess familiarity with video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or similar software). Candidates should possess strong visual sense, creativity, and attention to detail to maintain brand consistency. Relevant experience in digital marketing, content creation, or social media management is beneficial. Strong communication skills, ability to collaborate in a team environment, and readiness to work on-site in Heliopolis are required. A related educational background in Media, Marketing, Film, Design, or Communications is an advantage but not mandatory. Show more Show less
