Human Resources Executive

We are looking for an organised and approachable HR Executive with around three years of experience to manage daily HR operations across the UAE, UK and US. Working closely with operations and leadership, you will oversee employee administration, onboarding, benefits, compliance and employee relations while ensuring a positive employee experience. Key Responsibilities Manage employee onboarding, documentation, inductions, probation reviews, and offboarding. Coordinate UAE visa applications, renewals, and cancellations and relevant providers. Maintain employee records, HR systems, contracts, benefits, health insurance, and leave records. Support employee relations, performance reviews, and manager queries. Ensure HR policies, employee handbooks, and compliance records are up to date. Coordinate employee engagement, wellbeing initiatives, and internal HR communications. Manage exit processes, final payroll inputs, visa cancellations, and equipment returns. About You Around 3 years of experience in HR Operations or an HR Generalist role. Hands-on experience with UAE HR administration, immigration, and employee benefits. Experience supporting a multinational workforce. Experience managing UK-based employees is an advantage.
