Role Description This is a full-time Homeopathy Practitioner role in a hybrid setting, based in Abu Dhabi, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Homeopathy Practitioner will conduct thorough patient assessments, gather detailed medical histories, and evaluate lifestyle factors to determine individualized homeopathic treatment plans. Daily responsibilities include prescribing appropriate homeopathic remedies, monitoring patient progress, adjusting treatment as needed, and documenting all consultations in compliance with DOH and clinic standards. The practitioner will collaborate with other holistic and alternative medicine specialists to offer integrated care, participate in internal case discussions, and contribute to patient education on natural healing and preventive wellness. Additional tasks may include supporting training initiatives, contributing to community outreach or wellness programs, and maintaining a high standard of professional ethics and patient-centered care. Qualifications Strong foundation in Alternative Medicine and Holistic Health, with demonstrated experience in natural, patient-centered care. Proficiency in Healing practices and relevant modalities such as Shiatsu or other complementary therapies, applied in a safe and ethical manner. Experience in Training patients or staff on wellness practices, self-care strategies, and preventive health approaches. Recognized Homeopathy qualification (diploma or degree) from an accredited institution; eligibility for or possession of relevant DOH licensing. Previous clinical experience in homeopathic or holistic practice, ideally within a multidisciplinary or integrative care environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to conduct detailed consultations and explain treatment plans clearly. Commitment to evidence-informed practice, accurate documentation, and adherence to regulatory and data security standards.
