Lead UAT for digital banking, payments, cards, lending, corporate banking and technology transformation initiatives. Own UAT planning, business readiness, execution, defect governance, risk management and sign-off. Engage senior stakeholders across Business, Product, Technology, QA, Operations and Vendors. Drive automation, AI-enabled testing, reusable test assets and continuous improvement. Provide executive-level visibility on quality, risks, dependencies and release readiness. Experience Years in Banking Technology, Testing, UAT or Program Delivery. Strong Retail/Corporate Banking domain and technology transformation experience. Proven experience leading large, complex UAT engagements.
