Job Description – UGC Content Creator Position: UGC Content Creator (Short-Form Video) Department: Marketing & Growth Employment Type: Full-Time About the Role We are looking for a creative, energetic, and camera-confident UGC (User-Generated Content) Creator to produce engaging, authentic, and high-performing short-form video content for our digital products and marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate understands social media trends, knows how to capture attention within the first few seconds, and can create relatable, entertaining, and conversion-focused videos for platforms such as TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and paid social advertising. This is a hands-on content creation role, requiring someone who can independently develop ideas, write scripts, film, present on camera, and edit videos. Key Responsibilities Create engaging, authentic UGC-style videos for social media platforms and paid advertising campaigns. Develop creative concepts, scripts, hooks, and storytelling angles that resonate with target audiences. Appear on camera to deliver natural, relatable, and persuasive content. Independently shoot, edit, and produce high-quality short-form videos. Create product demonstrations, tutorials, testimonials, lifestyle content, and promotional videos. Stay updated on TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts trends, formats, and viral content. Collaborate with the marketing, growth, and creative teams to develop content strategies. Produce multiple creative variations for A/B testing, including different hooks, messaging, and calls to action. Optimize content for audience engagement, retention, click-through rates, and conversions. Adapt content based on campaign performance, feedback, and audience insights. Maintain a consistent content production schedule and meet deadlines. Requirements 1–3+ years of experience in UGC creation, short-form video production, social media content creation, or related fields. Proven portfolio of UGC videos, TikTok content, Instagram Reels, or short-form video advertisements. Strong on-camera presence with excellent communication and storytelling skills. Ability to create engaging content that feels natural and authentic rather than overly scripted or promotional. Hands-on experience filming and editing videos independently. Proficiency with editing tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Canva, or similar applications. Strong understanding of social media algorithms, viral trends, hooks, and audience engagement. Ability to write compelling short-form video scripts and calls to action. Creative mindset with the ability to generate fresh ideas consistently. Ability to work independently, manage multiple content projects, and meet deadlines. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience creating UGC content for mobile apps, AI products, technology, lifestyle, or consumer brands. Experience producing performance-driven video advertisements for Meta Ads or TikTok Ads. Understanding of direct-response marketing and conversion-focused content. Experience working with startups, consumer applications, or digital-first brands. Familiarity with AI-powered content creation and video editing tools.
