Why Join Us? As a Design Coordinator - (Spa & Wellness), you will be responsible for coordinating the design and technical delivery of luxury Spa & Wellness facilities and high-end fit-out projects. About Your Team You will work closely with Interior Designers, Architects, MEP Engineers, specialist Wellness Consultants, Suppliers, Operators, and Project Delivery teams to coordinate the design and execution of world-class hospitality and wellness facilities. Your Role As a Design Coordinator - (Spa & Wellness), your responsibilities will include: Coordinating all design activities from concept through detailed design, tender, construction, and handover stages Managing multidisciplinary coordination between Architecture, Interior Design, MEP, Structural, and specialist Spa & Wellness consultants Organizing and leading design coordination meetings with stakeholders Reviewing design packages for completeness, coordination, and constructability Coordinating luxury Spa & Wellness facilities including saunas, steam rooms, hammams, thermal suites, vitality pools, treatment rooms, and relaxation areas Reviewing specialist wellness layouts, equipment requirements, and supplier integrations Coordinating high-end fit-out packages including joinery, finishes, FF&E, feature elements, and bespoke interiors Reviewing shop drawings, technical submissions, material samples, and mock-ups Supporting site teams with RFIs, design clarifications, and construction coordination Conducting site inspections and resolving design-related issues Acting as a key point of contact between clients, consultants, operators, suppliers, and project teams What We're Looking For Experience: 10+ years of professional experience in Design Coordination, Architecture, Interior Design, or Design Management Minimum 5 years of dedicated Spa & Wellness project experience Proven experience delivering luxury hospitality, wellness resort, destination spa, or high-end fit-out projects Strong experience coordinating multidisciplinary design teams and specialist consultants Experience with saunas, steam rooms, hammams, thermal suites, vitality pools, treatment areas, and wellness facilities Experience working with luxury hotel operators, wellness consultants, and specialist spa suppliers Experience supporting projects through design development, construction, commissioning, and handover GCC project experience is highly desirable Knowledge & Skills: Strong understanding of Spa & Wellness design requirements and specialist wellness facilities Extensive knowledge of luxury hospitality and premium fit-out projects Strong understanding of technical detailing, construction documentation, and design development Experience coordinating architectural, interior, MEP, structural, and specialist consultant design packages Strong knowledge of joinery, finishes, FF&E, and luxury interior environments Ability to review and coordinate shop drawings and technical submittals Excellent stakeholder management, presentation, and communication skills Strong problem-solving and coordination abilities Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office Understanding of hospitality standards and wellness facility requirements What We Offer The opportunity to work on iconic luxury hospitality and Spa & Wellness developments across the UAE and GCC Exposure to world-class hotels, wellness resorts, destination spas, and premium fit-out projects A collaborative environment with leading industry professionals and specialist consultants The chance to play a key role in delivering exceptional hospitality and wellness experiences Long-term career growth within one of the region's leading construction and fit-out organizations Ready to elevate your career?
