Assistant Sales Manager

So we’re searching for an Assistant Sales Manager with a passion for building client relationships and supporting revenue growth to help us fill our rooms, meeting spaces, and banquet halls. A little taste of your day-to-day: Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be: Supporting daily sales activities and achieving individual sales targets Developing new business opportunities and maintaining relationships with existing clients Promoting guest rooms, meeting facilities, and banquet services to maximize revenue Assisting with sales proposals, site inspections, and contract negotiations Monitoring market trends and competitor activity to identify business opportunities Producing and reviewing sales reports to monitor performance What We Need from You: Bachelor’s degree / higher education qualification / equivalent in marketing or related field One or more years of experience in a hospitality or hotel sales environment Strong knowledge of local businesses and business trends required Must speak local language(s) Other languages preferred What you can expect from us: We give our people everything they need to succeed.
