Sales Operations Specialist

Support in preparing cars for a test drive (e.g. preheating, refreshments) Support in customer vehicle evaluation (administration tasks) Support in offer creation (administration tasks) Support in contract conclusion (administration tasks) Support in customer vehicle trade-in (administration tasks) Filling in and signing all other necessary documents (e.g. privacy form, various documentation, etc.) Support in arranging and conducting administration handover Support during follow-up on acquisitions (on- and offline) Update CRM with new information collected during customer contact (integration with data collected by other figures) Supplemental Tasks (responsible): Be available for all Sales Consultants to take over supportive and administrative tasks Carry out all administrative process steps for Porsche Drive if available at the dealership (please refer to Porsche Drive Handbook) Supplemental Tasks (supporting/consulting): Support the Porsche Pro when needed Requirements Bachelor's degree, preferably 0-2 Sales experience Fluent in English & excellent computer skills.
