Leasing Officer (Immediate Joiner) - Arabic Speaking

Our client is a highly established conglomerate with a strong presence across multiple business sectors in the UAE. The company is seeking an experienced and results-driven Leasing Officer to join its Real Estate team in Abu Dhabi. Leasing Officer will be responsible for managing leasing activities across the company's real estate portfolio, identifying prospective tenants, negotiating lease agreements, maintaining tenant relationships, and ensuring optimal occupancy and rental performance. Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day leasing activities for the company's real estate portfolio. Identify, source, and attract prospective tenants for available properties. Conduct property viewings and present leasing opportunities to potential tenants. Negotiate rental rates, lease terms, and conditions in line with company policies. Prepare, review, and coordinate tenancy contracts and lease documentation. Ensure timely renewal of existing lease agreements and minimize vacancy periods. Maintain strong relationships with existing tenants and address leasing-related concerns. Coordinate with the Real Estate Manager, property management, finance, and legal teams. Monitor rental collections, lease expirations, occupancy rates, and vacant properties. Maintain accurate leasing records, tenant databases, and relevant documentation. Ensure compliance with UAE real estate regulations and applicable tenancy laws. Prepare leasing reports and provide regular updates to management. Candidate Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field. 3–5 years of relevant leasing experience within the UAE. Strong understanding of the UAE real estate market and leasing procedures. Experience in tenant sourcing, lease negotiations, contract preparation, and renewals. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications. Fluency in English and Arabic is mandatory. Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
