An exciting opportunity has arisen - we are looking for a passionate and driven Sales & Events Manager to join our team at COYA Dubai. About the Role: As Sales & Events Manager, you will be responsible for driving event sales, generating new business opportunities and achieving revenue targets for COYA Dubai. You will play a key role in building strong relationships with clients, developing sales strategies and ensuring the successful planning and delivery of events. This is a hands-on role that requires a proactive and commercially driven approach, strong leadership skills and a passion for creating exceptional guest experiences while representing the COYA brand. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement sales strategies to drive event revenue, increase bookings and achieve departmental targets. Proactively identify new business opportunities through client outreach, networking and building relationships with corporate clients, event planners, agencies and luxury brands. Maximise revenue by converting enquiries into confirmed bookings, identifying sales opportunities and upselling events and experiences. Manage the sales pipeline, maintain client databases and develop relationships to encourage repeat business. Oversee the planning, coordination and successful delivery of private events, corporate bookings and exclusive venue hires. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, ensuring exceptional guest service throughout the sales and event experience. Identify opportunities for new partnerships, activations and showcase events to increase brand awareness and generate sales. Monitor market trends, competitor activity and customer preferences to identify opportunities for business growth. Prepare sales reports, track event conversions and monitor performance against departmental budgets and targets. Represent COYA at networking events, business meetings and industry functions to build relationships and promote the brand. What we’re looking for: 3 years of experience in a Sales & Events management role, preferably within luxury hospitality, high-end restaurants or lifestyle brands. Strong understanding of the Dubai hospitality and events market, with an established network of corporate clients and industry contacts being an advantage. Proven ability to generate new business, achieve sales targets and maximise revenue opportunities. Strong sales, negotiation and relationship-building skills. Experience in planning and managing events, private dining and exclusive venue hires. Advanced knowledge of CRM and event management systems such as TripleSeat and SevenRooms. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a high level of spoken and written English. Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
