CCaaS System Engineer (German Speaker)

We design, implement and run contact center, CRM and AI-driven CX solutions for enterprise clients across the Middle East, Africa and Europe, with partners such as Genesys, Cisco, Sprinklr and Salesforce. We're looking for German-speaking fresh graduates to join our CX Academy in Egypt. You'll set up, configure and support the cloud contact center platforms behind leading European brands, mainly Genesys Cloud CX and Sprinklr, on live client accounts in Germany, Austria and Switzerland from day one. This isn't a classroom. You'll work on real projects with real clients. What you'll do Configure contact center platform components such as call routing, queues, IVR flows, users and channels Give first- and second-level support to live clients in Germany, Austria and Switzerland, including scheduled on-call shifts Troubleshoot voice, chat and configuration issues, and work with vendor support teams Speak with clients in German, and help gather and document their requirements Write technical documentation and complete the CX Academy learning and certification path What you'll need A bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Communications or a related field. Strong German speakers from other backgrounds who have solid basic tech knowledge are also welcome to apply. Advanced German (C1 or higher), spoken and written, and good professional English Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of experience Basic knowledge of networking, VoIP/SIP, Windows/Linux and cloud concepts Strong problem-solving skills, eagerness to learn and a customer-focused attitude Flexibility to work hours that match clients in Germany, Austria and Switzerland, and to join an on-call rotation Nice to have Study, work or an internship in a German-speaking country, or a German certificate (Goethe or TestDaF) CCNA, a cloud fundamentals certificate or ITIL Hands-on exposure to Genesys or Sprinklr, or basic scripting What we offer Official Genesys and Sprinklr certification, supported by IST Live work on active accounts in Germany, Austria and Switzerland, with mentorship from senior engineers A pathway to relocate to Germany, Austria or Switzerland after a set period, based on performance and business needs A competitive salary A hybrid role based in Smart Village, Giza IST Networks is an equal opportunity employer.
