Pharmacy Manager

Location: Dammam, Saudi Arabia Company: Al Ahmadi Medical Group Al Ahmadi Medical Group is seeking an experienced Pharmacy Manager with strong operational and leadership capabilities to manage the pharmacy’s daily activities, improve performance, and ensure safe, high-quality patient services. Key Responsibilities Manage daily pharmacy operations and ensure continuous service coverage. Supervise pharmacists, technicians and support staff. Prepare work schedules and monitor attendance and productivity. Ensure the safe and accurate dispensing of medications. Monitor inventory, shortages, slow-moving items and near-expiry stock. Improve medication availability and reduce waste and unnecessary inventory. Manage pharmacy-related insurance and NPHIES workflows. Follow up on rejected, pending and uncollected prescriptions. Monitor pharmacy revenue, prescription capture rate and operational KPIs. Ensure regulatory, quality and accreditation compliance. Improve patient experience and reduce prescription waiting time. Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or PharmD. Valid SCFHS professional classification and registration. Minimum of five years of pharmacy experience. At least two years of supervisory or pharmacy-management experience. Strong knowledge of pharmacy operations and inventory control. Good knowledge of insurance and NPHIES workflows. Experience using pharmacy information systems. Strong leadership, analytical, reporting and problem-solving skills.
