You need curiosity, initiative, technical fundamentals, and a genuine passion for building things. 💻 What You'll Do Build & Ship Products: Take ideas from concept to working features used by real merchants. Develop with AI: Use tools like Claude Code and Codex as part of your daily engineering workflow. Own Features End-to-End: Understand the problem, plan the solution, build it, test it, and improve it. Work with Customers: Understand merchant challenges and translate their feedback into better product experiences. Improve LAMMA: Develop features across our e-commerce platform, including products, orders, storefronts, and AI-powered tools. Connect Systems: Build integrations with payment gateways, shipping providers, ERP systems, and external APIs. Solve Problems: Debug issues, review AI-generated code, and ensure solutions are reliable, secure, and maintainable. Collaborate with the Team: Work directly with our CTO and founding team on product and engineering decisions. 🎯 What We're Looking For We're more interested in how you think and what you can build than your years of experience. Basic understanding of software development, preferably PHP, Laravel, and MySQL. Hands-on experience with AI-powered coding tools. Ability to understand, evaluate, and improve AI-generated code. Strong problem-solving skills and a product-first mindset. Ability to turn unclear requirements into actionable solutions. Good communication skills and confidence speaking with customers. Curiosity about AI, automation, and emerging technologies. Willingness to experiment, learn quickly, and take ownership. ⭐ You'll Stand Out If You Have experience with React, Next.js, or Laravel.
