PEPLA BRAND IS HIRING – HR OPERATIONS SPECIALIST 📍 Location: Dokki, Giza 🕘 Working Hours: Sunday to Thursday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Pepla is looking for a hands-on HR Operations Specialist to manage HR operations across Head Office, Retail, Sales, Warehouse and other departments. ### Key Responsibilities • Attendance, fingerprint & timekeeping. • Leaves, absences, overtime & payroll inputs. • Deductions, bonuses, incentives & benefits. • KPIs and performance follow-up. • Employee files, contracts & HR documentation. • Onboarding, offboarding & new-hire training. • Social & Medical Insurance. • Employee relations and HR-related requests. • HR reports and policy implementation. ### Requirements • 3–5 years of experience in HR Operations / HR Generalist. • Previous experience in a well-established multinational or recognized brand is REQUIRED. • Experience in companies such as Henkel, P&G, Red Bull, Unilever, L’Oréal, PepsiCo, Coca-Cola, Nestlé or similar brands is highly preferred. • Previous Retail / Sales exposure is highly preferred. • Strong knowledge of attendance, payroll inputs, KPIs, performance management and employee relations. • Good knowledge of Social & Medical Insurance. • Very good Excel / MS Office and English. • Strong communication, organization and follow-up skills. 📩 To Apply: Send your CV to [redacted email] Show more Show less
