Senior Sales Executive - Industrial Machinery Manufacturing | Saudi Arabia

Location: Dammam , Saudi Arabia Key Accountabilities Supervise and support indoor and outdoor sales representatives to achieve individual and team sales targets. Manage existing customer relationships and develop new business opportunities across Saudi Arabia. Promote the company's industrial products and expand the customer base. Execute sales plans aligned with business objectives and revenue targets. Conduct customer visits, prepare quotations and tenders, and negotiate commercial terms. Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, and finance teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment. Monitor customer credit limits, follow up on outstanding payments, and support collection activities. Track sales performance, follow up on team progress, and support team members in closing deals. Knowledge, Skills, And Experience 5–7 years of B2B sales experience within the industrial equipment, machinery, or technical products sector. Strong technical understanding of industrial products such as machinery, generators, pumps, compressors, hydraulic equipment, electrical products, welding equipment, construction machinery, or power tools. Experience with quotations, tenders, pricing, customer credit management, collections, and inventory coordination. Hands-on experience using CRM and ERP systems; Odoo is highly preferred. Native Arabic speaker with professional English communication skills. Valid driving license and willingness to travel across Saudi Arabia. Previous GCC experience is preferred but not mandatory.
