Location: Amman, Jordan Candidate Market: India Employment: Full-Time, On-Site — Relocation Required Reports Directly To: Group CEO We are seeking a highly experienced, hands-on IT and Digital Transformation Director to lead the technology transformation of a diversified business group operating shopping malls, family entertainment centers, retail businesses, and other commercial operations in Jordan. Key Responsibilities * Lead the end-to-end implementation of Kingdee ERP across Finance, Procurement, Inventory, Warehousing, and other business functions. * Manage the integration of Kingdee with Intercard POS, Minat HR, CRM, and other enterprise systems. * Develop and execute the Group’s AI strategy across Finance, HR, Marketing, Sales, Customer Service, Operations, and Maintenance. * Implement intelligent automation, AI-powered dashboards, predictive analytics, and enterprise reporting. * Oversee IT infrastructure, networking, cybersecurity, cloud systems, data management, and multi-site connectivity. * Manage technology vendors, implementation partners, budgets, project timelines, testing, and system acceptance. * Develop IT governance policies, SOPs, disaster recovery plans, and cybersecurity controls. * Build and lead an internal technology team while reporting directly to the Group CEO. Mandatory Requirements * 12+ years of progressive IT experience, including senior leadership responsibilities. * Proven experience implementing enterprise ERP systems, with direct Kingdee implementation experience strongly preferred. * Demonstrated delivery of real-world AI, automation, or data analytics projects. * Strong knowledge of APIs, system integration, ERP architecture, cybersecurity, and enterprise infrastructure. * Experience leading complex, multi-department transformation projects. * Excellent English communication and executive-level reporting. * Willingness to relocate to Amman, Jordan, and work full-time on-site. Experience in shopping malls, retail chains, entertainment centers, or multi-branch business groups is a significant advantage. Candidate Evaluation Shortlisted candidates must provide: 1.
