Head of Finance

Description Mnzil is a fast-growing proptech company in Riyadh providing integrated workforce services (housing, transportation, catering and building operations) across Saudi Arabia and the UAE. As Head of Finance, you will own all finance matters at Mnzil and partner with the CEO and leadership team on major financial decisions, including budgeting, investment analysis and fundraising support. You will build the financial systems, tools and processes that give the company accurate numbers and clear visibility as we scale. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics 8+ years of finance experience, including building or rebuilding a finance function in a growth environment Strong financial modelling, budgeting, forecasting and reporting skills IFRS in a KSA context, ERP implementation and dashboard tools (Power BI, Tableau) are a plus PropTech, real estate or capital-intensive business experience is a plus Fluent in Arabic and English Roles And Responsibilities Deliver accurate monthly and quarterly financial reports on time, with zero material errors Design and roll out a planning and budgeting framework adopted by every department Build an integrated financial reporting dashboard with automated data feeds Own cash flow, treasury and payment management Run a cost optimisation programme across key expense categories Lead and develop the accounting team and act as a true business partner to leadership Show more Show less
