For more information, visit bss.tv Role Description We are seeking a Procurement Specialist to join our team in Amman, Jordan. This is a full-time, on-site position. The Procurement Specialist will manage the end-to-end procurement process and work closely with sales, engineering, project management, logistics, finance, and international suppliers to ensure equipment and services are purchased at the right price, specification, and delivery schedule. Key responsibilities include: Preparing, issuing, and tracking purchase orders. Obtaining quotations and preparing commercial comparisons. Negotiating pricing, discounts, payment terms, and delivery schedules. Coordinating with international manufacturers, distributors, and suppliers. Monitoring supplier lead times and following up on deliveries. Coordinating with logistics and finance teams regarding shipments, documentation, and payments. Maintaining accurate procurement and supplier records in the ERP system. Evaluating supplier performance and maintaining strong vendor relationships. Identifying cost-saving opportunities and improving purchasing terms. Supporting project teams with procurement status and resolving supplier-related issues. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Engineering, or a related field. Previous experience in procurement, purchasing, supply chain, or vendor management. Experience in broadcast, professional AV, IT, telecommunications, electronics, or technology is preferred. Strong negotiation and supplier-management skills. Good understanding of purchase orders, quotations, pricing, payment terms, and delivery conditions. Strong analytical, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills. Ability to manage multiple orders and priorities under tight deadlines. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. Experience with ERP or procurement systems is preferred. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic. Show more Show less
