Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in New Cairo for a Bookings and Reservation account requiring B2–C1 English proficiency. The role involves handling customer inquiries related to bookings, modifications, cancellations, and general reservation support via phone, email, and chat. Day-to-day tasks include accurately entering and updating reservation details, verifying information, and ensuring compliance with company policies and service standards. The position also requires guiding customers through options, providing clear information on pricing and availability, and offering solutions that support a positive customer experience. Team members may collaborate with sales and support teams, participate in ongoing training, and follow performance and quality guidelines to meet individual and team targets. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Reservations skills, including booking management, schedule coordination, and attention to detail in data entry. Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, with B2–C1 level English proficiency, active listening, and clear, professional speaking and writing abilities. Candidates should possess solid Customer Service skills, including empathy, problem-solving, and the ability to handle inquiries and complaints calmly and effectively. Candidates should possess basic Sales skills, such as identifying customer needs, suggesting suitable options, and supporting upselling or cross-selling when appropriate. Candidates should possess a willingness to participate in Training, adapt to feedback, and continuously improve performance and product knowledge. Additional beneficial qualifications include familiarity with reservation or CRM systems, strong time-management skills, and the ability to work in rotating shifts if required.
