Sales Account Manager (Non-profit)

About the Role We’re hiring on behalf of our client for a Sales Account Manager (Non-profit focus) to drive new business within the non-profit sector. You’ll manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to close, and build long-term partnerships with mission-driven organizations looking to support the wellbeing of their teams and beneficiaries. Responsibilities Identify and engage non-profit prospects, including charities, foundations, and NGOs Run product demos and tailor solutions to each organization’s mission and needs Manage the sales pipeline and forecast accurately in the CRM Own and grow existing accounts through renewals, upsells, and regular check-ins Collaborate with Customer Success, Marketing, and Clinical/Product teams to improve client outcomes Meet and exceed quarterly revenue targets Requirements 3+ years of B2B SaaS sales or account management experience Experience selling to non-profits, NGOs, or the public/social sector is a strong plus Background in health, wellness, or mental health tech is an advantage Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills Comfortable with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) Arabic speaker Show more Show less
