HR Manager – Sovereign Wealth Fund Dubai, UAE We are working with a sovereign wealth fund in Dubai to appoint an experienced HR Manager. The successful candidate will work closely with senior stakeholders to manage core HR activities across investment and corporate functions, supporting recruitment, employee development and effective people management. This opportunity would suit an HR professional who combines strong operational experience with sound commercial judgement and the confidence to advise senior leaders in a demanding, professional environment. Key Responsibilities HR business partnering: Work with senior management and department heads on workforce planning, organisational needs and day-to-day people matters. Recruitment and onboarding: Manage hiring and onboarding processes, working with internal stakeholders and recruitment partners to attract and integrate talent. Performance and development: Coordinate performance reviews, identify development needs and support talent development and succession planning. Employee relations: Provide practical guidance on employee matters, applying HR policies consistently and handling sensitive issues with discretion. Compensation and benefits: Support salary reviews, benefits administration and compensation benchmarking, coordinating HR inputs to payroll. HR operations and reporting: Maintain accurate employee records, develop effective HR processes and provide reporting to support management decisions. Policies and compliance: Review and maintain HR policies and procedures, supporting compliance with applicable employment requirements. Candidate Profile Proven experience as an HR Manager or senior HR Business Partner, with a broad HR generalist background. Experience within investment management, banking, financial services or professional services would be particularly relevant. Familiarity with UAE HR practices and employment requirements. Experience across recruitment, employee relations, performance management and people development. Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and advise senior stakeholders confidently. A practical, organised approach and the ability to manage competing priorities. High standards of integrity, professionalism and confidentiality. A relevant HR qualification, such as CIPD or SHRM, would be an advantage.
