Develop and implement farm production plans, schedules, and operational strategies. Supervise farm workers, assign duties, and monitor staff performance. Monitor crop growth, soil conditions, irrigation systems, and overall farm health. Manage planting, harvesting, fertilization, and pest control activities. Monitor farm equipment, machinery, and facilities to ensure proper maintenance. Manage inventory of seeds, fertilizers, tools, and other agricultural supplies. Monitor production costs, budgets, and resource utilization. Ensure agricultural activities comply with safety, environmental, and quality standards. Identify operational challenges and implement improvements to increase productivity.
