About XClub XClub is an invite-only community with global chapters for founders, product leaders, and AI practitioners. We bring people together in small gatherings across cities, by invitation. This role sits with our Dubai / UAE programme and helps global startups connecting into the Middle East. What you will do Build and run relationships with Middle East startup accelerators, VC firms, and family offices that want to back or partner with global startups moving to or expanding in the UAE and other markets Map the UAE / GCC capital and partner landscape; keep a clean CRM of warm intros and follow-ups Coordinate founder and capital conversations around XClub Dubai gatherings and Expand North Star / GITEX week touchpoints Prep briefings and one-pagers for meetings; chase next steps without over-promising Support partnership notes and event guest lists for capital partners (sponsors still do not pitch on stage) You are Based in Dubai (or able to work primarily from Dubai) Fluent English; Arabic a plus Comfortable with founders and capital partners; sharp written follow-up 1–4 years in venture, accelerators, founder community, BD, or similar Organised, discreet, and high-trust with sensitive conversations Details Dubai Full-time Skills: fundraising,arabic,crm Show more Show less
