Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Agent role based in Sheikh Zayed City. The Real Estate Agent will represent buyers exclusively, providing property advisory services aligned with clients’ interests and financial goals. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting property searches, arranging and attending viewings, evaluating properties using BuyerSide’s rating system, and preparing comparative market analyses. The role involves guiding clients through negotiations, coordinating with developers and sellers, supporting due diligence and documentation, and ensuring a smooth closing process. The Real Estate Agent will also maintain up-to-date knowledge of local market trends, build strong client relationships, and collaborate with the advisory team to deliver transparent, data-backed recommendations. Qualifications Candidates should possess a valid Real Estate License and a solid understanding of Real Property regulations and practices. Candidates should possess strong Real Estate market knowledge, particularly in Egypt and Sheikh Zayed City. Candidates should possess effective Sales skills, including negotiation, deal structuring, and closing techniques. Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service skills, with the ability to support, inform, and advocate for buyers throughout the process. Relevant bachelor’s degree in business, finance, real estate, or a related field is preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English; Arabic language proficiency is highly beneficial. Ability to analyze market data, property valuations, and investment returns using a structured, data-driven approach.
