Export Admin Executive

Forsa is hiring on behalf of our client an Export Executive role for their Sadat City office. 🍓 𝐏𝐞𝐫𝐟𝐞𝐜𝐭 𝐄𝐧𝐠𝐥𝐢𝐬𝐡 𝐋𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐥 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝘒𝘦𝘺 𝘙𝘦𝘴𝘱𝘰𝘯𝘴𝘪𝘣𝘪𝘭𝘪𝘵𝘪𝘦𝘴: *Follow up export orders from confirmation to payment *Book shipments with shipping lines and forwarders *Coordinate loading with the production and pack house teams *Prepare and check all export documents 𝘞𝘩𝘢𝘵 𝘞𝘦’𝘳𝘦 𝘓𝘰𝘰𝘬𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘍𝘰𝘳: *Bachelor’s degree *2–4 years of experience in export, shipping or logistics *Good knowledge of export documents and Incoterms *Strong Excel skills *Organized, accurate and strong in follow-up *Lives in or near Sadat City, or willing to commute daily Show more Show less
