Job Description: Account Manager Location: Meraag Al Maadi Employment Type: Full-time Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM Holidays: Friday & Saturday About the Role We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Account Manager to take full ownership of client projects from brief to delivery. In this role, you will manage the entire project lifecycle — assigning tasks, coordinating team members, and ensuring every deliverable meets the highest quality standards — while serving as the key communication link between clients and the internal team. The ideal candidate has a background in a BTL (Below-the-Line) agency and thrives in fast-paced, collaborative environments. Key Responsibilities Project Management & Ownership Take complete ownership of projects, managing them end-to-end with the right process and without requiring validation. Share full and accurate briefs with the team. Assign the correct person to each task and provide all needed materials. Manage project timelines correctly and intelligently, based on client agreements for delivery time. Ensure all project members are aligned with the correct dates and requests. Prevent any delays in tasks and stick to agreed delivery times with the client. Manage any changes with the client and team so nothing gets lost in the process. Deliver all requests to the client in excellent quality (Design and Content). Communication Understand and capture the correct brief/request from the client or team member. Communicate messages, briefs, and requests clearly and in an organized way, with all necessary details. Keep team members and clients aligned on status at all times. Problem Solving Handle and find solutions for any problems that arise during the project. Being Active & Proactive Follow up on pending projects with long durations and never park tasks — even internal ones. Stay flexible and ready for new tasks and requests alongside team members. Be supportive and active during heavy workload seasons with the team.
