Quality Engineer

Role Description The Quality Engineer role at Diniz Adient Egypt is a full-time, on-site position based in Ismailia. The Quality Engineer is responsible for monitoring and improving product and process quality across production lines, ensuring adherence to internal standards and customer requirements. Daily tasks include performing inspections and audits, analyzing quality data, identifying root causes of defects, and implementing corrective and preventive actions. The role involves preparing and maintaining quality documentation, collaborating with production, engineering, and supply chain teams, and supporting customer complaints resolution. The Quality Engineer also contributes to continuous improvement initiatives, supports compliance with relevant regulations and certifications, and trains team members on quality procedures and best practices. Qualifications Demonstrated experience in Quality Engineering, with the ability to apply engineering principles to improve product and process performance. Strong background in Quality Control, including inspections, testing methods, and use of measurement tools and techniques. Experience in Quality Assurance, with skills in developing, implementing, and maintaining quality systems, standards, and procedures. Ability to manage Product Quality, including defect analysis, root cause investigation, and corrective/preventive action planning. Knowledge of Quality Management practices, such as continuous improvement, risk management, and adherence to ISO or similar standards. Proficiency in data analysis and reporting, including use of spreadsheets and quality-related software tools. Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience in quality-focused roles. Effective communication skills in English, both written and verbal, and the ability to clearly document and present findings. Experience in manufacturing or automotive-related industries is an advantage. Show more Show less
