Capital Bank of Jordan is looking for a Relationship Manager – Affluent Banking Segment to manage clients’ accounts and portfolios. Responsibilities: Achieve annual set financial targets. Provide new and existing clients with a full suite of Capital Bank’s products and services ensuring up-selling and cross-selling. Manage clients’ portfolio ensuring profitability and growth. Client relationship management to identify and maximize new business opportunities, understand clients’ requirements, and needs. Ensure efficiency and superior customer service and contribute to the overall customer experience. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies and procedures.
