Role Description The مصور ومونتير وكاتب محتوى إعلاني متخصص في المجال العقاري role is a full-time, on-site position based in Amman, Jordan. The role involves planning, shooting, and editing photo and video content that showcases real estate projects, construction progress, and completed properties. The team member will create advertising content in Arabic, including scripts, captions, and campaign messages tailored to the real estate market. Daily responsibilities include coordinating with site and marketing teams, organizing visual assets, ensuring brand consistency across all materials, and delivering content on schedule. The role also requires staying up to date with real estate marketing trends and recommending new visual and storytelling approaches to enhance project visibility. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Graphic Design and Graphics skills for creating visually appealing marketing materials. Candidates should possess Digital Illustration and Drawing skills to develop custom visuals and concept sketches for campaigns. Candidates should possess Painting skills that support artistic composition, color use, and creative visual storytelling. Proficiency in photo and video shooting, editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop), and basic motion graphics. Experience creating advertising content in Arabic for real estate or construction projects, including social media and digital campaigns. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines on site. Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with engineering, marketing, and sales teams.
