Supplier Management Specialist (Procurement)

We are seeking a Procurement Specialist to support purchasing activities, supplier coordination, and the timely delivery of materials and services. Key Responsibilities: * Handle purchase requests and prepare purchase orders. * Obtain and compare supplier quotations based on price, quality, and delivery terms. * Negotiate prices and terms with suppliers. * Follow up on orders and deliveries to meet business requirements. * Maintain accurate purchasing records and supplier information. * Coordinate with internal departments, warehouses, and Finance to resolve purchasing and invoice issues. * Monitor supplier performance and follow approved procurement policies and procedures. Qualifications & Experience: * Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or any related field. * More than two years of hands-on experience in procurement using Microsoft Dynamics 365 for procurement activities is required. * Proficiency in Microsoft Excel. * Good command of Arabic and English, both written and spoken. * Good knowledge of purchasing processes, supplier sourcing, and quotation evaluation. * Strong negotiation, communication, and follow-up skills.
