Contract Manager

✨ Join Our Team at PRE Group✨ We are looking for a passionate and customer-focused professional to join us as: 📌 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐬 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐫. 𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬: - Manage ​core streams: Development Management, Design Management, and Contractor Agreements. - Draft, negotiate, and administer consultancy agreements (feasibility through Schematic Design, IFP, IFT, IFC), main and specialist contractor agreements. - Oversee tendering, bid evaluation, commercial negotiations, and contract award. - Monitor post-award implementation to ensure compliance with contractual and commercial requirements. - Assess Variation Orders and administer contractors and consultants claims. - Provide contractual interpretation and commercial advice to senior management. - Manage formal contractual correspondence, notices, and instructions while protecting the Employers interests. - Identify and mitigate contractual risks and support dispute avoidance. 𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 & 𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞: - Bachelors degree in civil engineering, Architecture, or a related discipline. - Proven experience (12-15 years ) in contract management within real estate development or construction. - Strong knowledge of contract administration, tendering, negotiations, claims management, and Variation Orders. - Solid understanding of standard forms of contract, particularly FIDIC. - Excellent analytical, negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills. - CLAC holder.
