Manager - Business Applications

Job Purpose Lead the design, development, and delivery of innovative digitization solutions using Microsoft technologies. The role is responsible for managing digitization projects, mentoring offshore teams, ensuring solution quality, and driving digital transformation initiatives across the organization. Key Responsibilities Lead and mentor offshore digitization specialists to achieve project objectives. Design, develop, test, and maintain solutions using Power Pages, Power Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint Online, Dataverse, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Migrate and enhance existing applications to the Microsoft Power Platform and SharePoint Online. Manage end-to-end digitization projects, ensuring timely, cost-effective, and high-quality delivery. Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to gather requirements and define solution designs. Implement quality assurance processes, conduct audits, and ensure compliance with development standards. Troubleshoot technical issues and provide ongoing support within agreed SLAs. Participate in Agile development practices and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Provide regular project status updates to management. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum 8 years of overall experience in application development and digitization projects. Strong expertise in Microsoft Power Platform, Azure, SQL, Web Development, and SharePoint Online. Proven track record in project management, solution delivery, and leading technical teams. Excellent stakeholder management, problem-solving, and communication skills. Show more Show less
