Role Description The Primavera Unifier Senior Consultant will lead the design, configuration, and implementation of Oracle Primavera Unifier solutions for enterprise-scale projects. Day-to-day responsibilities include gathering and analyzing client requirements, modeling business processes, and building Unifier modules, workflows, forms, and reports to support project controls and PMIS needs. The role involves collaborating with stakeholders to ensure seamless integration with related applications, conducting system testing, and providing user training and post-implementation support. The consultant will prepare technical and functional documentation, contribute to solution optimization, and support continuous improvement of project management practices. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Qatar. Qualifications Strong expertise in Oracle Primavera Unifier configuration and implementation, including business process design, forms, workflows, and reporting. Experience with project controls and PMIS solutions, ideally including Primavera P6, Risk Analysis, Aconex, and related Oracle project management tools. Ability to work with enterprise systems such as Oracle ERP / Fusion Applications and to support integrations with platforms like MS SharePoint, Open Text, and analytics tools. Proficiency in reporting and analytics using tools such as P6 Analytics, MS Report Builder (SSRS), and MS Power BI to support data-driven decision-making. Demonstrated experience in project management methodologies, requirements gathering, process mapping, and solution documentation for construction or capital projects. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional, multicultural teams. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field; relevant certifications in Oracle Primavera or project management are an advantage.
