WE ARE HIRING | SENIOR TECHNICAL OFFICE ARCHITECT Tasheed Developments is seeking a qualified and detail-oriented Senior Technical Office Architect to join our team and contribute to the successful delivery of our real estate development projects. Role Description The Senior Technical Office Architect is a full-time, on-site role based in Kafr el-dawar. This role is responsible for leading the technical office function for architectural works, including preparing and reviewing detailed drawings, shop drawings, and as-built drawings, and ensuring compliance with project specifications, codes, and standards. The architect coordinates with design, engineering, and construction teams to resolve technical issues, support value engineering, and maintain alignment between design intent and on-site execution. Daily tasks include reviewing contractor submissions, issuing technical clarifications, participating in site inspections, and preparing technical reports and documentation. The role also involves optimizing building solutions for functionality, quality, cost, and sustainability, while supporting project timelines and stakeholder communication. Key Responsibilities & Requirements: * Prepare, review, and coordinate architectural shop drawings and detailed construction drawings. * Review architectural designs, specifications, and technical documents to ensure compliance with project requirements. * Coordinate with structural, MEP, and site teams to resolve technical discrepancies and ensure design integration. * Review material submittals, BOQs, and architectural specifications. * Ensure the accuracy and quality of technical office deliverables in accordance with project standards and timelines. * Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture. * Have solid experience in architectural technical office works within the construction or real estate development sector. * Demonstrate strong technical, analytical, coordination, and problem-solving skills. 📍 Location: Raya Park - kafr el-dawar 📩 How to Apply: Interested candidates are invited to send their updated CV to [redacted email] or share it via WhatsApp at [redacted phone] .
