Shape and support the development of brand plans with the OpCo Marketing team, track performance, optimisation and embedding corrective actions Generate consumer, shopper and channel insights as input for development of the growth strategy for the OpCo's brands across categories. Own the strategy with external market data suppliers in key market performance tracking area as well as lead the local execution of Global CMI projects to standardize, improve and integrate the relevant market data solutions and driving adoption within the OpCo Provides strategic information to the business, and filters all research with his Team support into key insights for Brand teams, Trade marketing teams and the business whilst supporting the measurement of marketing effectiveness. To lead and drive the Insights Generation Process in the company to ensure all Company decisions are taken based on solid fact, with strong market resonance and putting consumer at the center. Lead the improvement of Marketing Effectiveness and ROI, Build process of Business and Activation Evaluation and ROI in partnership with commercial functions and Global CMI; Drive commercial planning cycle together with marketing & sales team and take a key role into AP (annual plan) & SP(strategic plan) input Contribute to Category development projects Drive own personal development in leadership, marketing competencies and business knowledge by implementing his/ her development plan Leads the monitoring and the development of new trends and technologies in the area of digital marketing and media buying, identifying opportunities and implementation of efficient digital and media solutions.
