Job Description Odfjell Technology is looking for an experienced, locally based in Kuwait, to work as a Workshop Technician supporting our Fishing operations. Key Responsibilities Perform service and maintenance tasks on all equipment related to the assigned product line. Create and maintain accurate documentation, including build sheets, strip-down reports, and fault findings. Prepare equipment for load-outs and client deliveries, ensuring all necessary checks are completed and equipment is dressed correctly Perform tool maintenance processes in IFS, ensuring the system is consistently updated. Handle the receipt of tools post-job, ensuring they are logged and processed correctly. Receive and manage spare parts, consumables, and other equipment transfers, including the completion of GRNs (Goods Receipt Notes). Coordinate with the Supervisor and Logistics Team to ensure proper documentation control and workflow. Identify and advise Line Manager of any missing equipment or shortage of critical parts or spares Ensure good housekeeping/cleanliness practices and maintenance of equipment Must demonstrate safe handling practices and adhere to Company procedures and perform risk assessments where required. Must be flexible at all times and will be required to work in other areas of the operation as necessary Knowledge, Skills & Qualifications Minimum of 3–5 years of relevant experience in the applicable product line. Good written and verbal communication skills in English Proficient in computer applications and relevant systems. Knowledge of and awareness of Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment (QHSE) requirements. High school diploma or equivalent qualification Must successfully pass a pre-employment medical examination and meet all applicable medical fitness requirements.
