With a clear international expansion strategy, the company is strengthening its position in Fine Fragrance development by combining deep technical knowledge of fragrance composition with strong analytical expertise. Your mission: As a Technical Perfumer / Perfumer Analyst, your main objective will be the analysis, recreation, and optimization of fragrance compositions, ensuring technical precision, stability, and olfactive accuracy for regional and international markets. Key Responsibilities: Analyzing fragrance compositions using advanced analytical techniques (GC/MS, GC/FID). Managing fragrance matching, reformulation, and creative/technical "twists" on existing compositions. Supporting Fine Fragrance development projects for key client accounts across the region and globally. Performing formula adjustments, reworks, and optimizations to meet specific technical and olfactive targets. Ensuring strict quality control, consistency, and reproducibility across all developments. What will make you successful in this role: 🔬 Deep experience in technical perfumery Around 10+ years of solid experience in fragrance creation, analysis, matching, or evaluation within fragrance houses or specialized laboratories. 🧪 Strong analytical expertise Hands-on experience with GC/MS interpretation and technical tools applied directly to fragrance development and matching. ⚙️ Technical precision & mindset Proven ability to deconstruct complex formulas, identify key olfactive components, and recreate or refine compositions accurately. 🔄 Mastery of reformulation & reworks Comfortable navigating complex fragrance matching challenges, adjustments, cost-optimizations, and technical tweaks. 🌍 International profile Fluency in English is required.
