Operations Supervisor

The Role (Applicable for El Gouna & Hurghada Residence only) You will be Nesty's on-the-ground lead in El Gouna, making sure every property is guest-ready, well maintained, and running to our standards. Key Responsibilities • Supervise daily operations for all El Gouna properties: check-ins, check-outs, turnovers, and guest readiness • Lead and schedule cleaning teams, technicians, and drivers, and keep them to Nesty's SOPs and checklists • Carry out regular property inspections and report quality issues • Coordinate maintenance and repairs, from reporting through to follow-up and closure • Manage inventory and supplies (linens, amenities, consumables) and track operational spend and petty cash • Respond quickly to guest issues on-site and work closely with the Experience team • Keep records accurate and up to date in our PMS and operational tools • Report to Head of Operations with regular updates on performance, risks, and needs Requirments: - must be a resident of hurghada or el gouna • 3+ years in operations or supervision, ideally in hospitality, short-term rentals, or property management • Strong people-management skills and the ability to lead field teams • Organized, proactive, and calm under pressure, with a guest-first mindset • Comfortable with smartphones, spreadsheets, and operational apps • Flexible hours, including weekends and peak seasons Nice to Have • Experience with Lodgify or similar PMS and task-management tools • Background in housekeeping or facility management • Own transportation is a plus What We Offer • A key role in a fast-growing company, with real room to grow • Competitive salary and a collaborative team culture Social and medical insurance performance based bonus transportation inside El gouna Show more Show less
