Operational Specialist

BAVELY Pest Management is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Operations Specialist to join our operations Department and support efficient planning, coordination, and execution of daily operations. Key Responsibilities Prepare and coordinate monthly and daily operational schedules. Allocate client sites across sectors and coordinate daily visits. Monitor execution of operational plans and ensure adherence to approved schedules. Update and maintain operational programs and records on the electronic system. Coordinate with engineers and sector supervisors to ensure smooth operations. Receive, record, and follow up on customer complaints until resolution. Monitor operational KPIs, analyze delays and deviations, and recommend improvements. Review client-related documents, including site maps and operational reports. Job Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Arts, Business Administration, or Commerce. Minimum 1 year of experience in operations or administration. Good command of Microsoft Office and Photoshop. Strong planning, analytical, and organizational skills. Excellent attention to detail and time-management skills. Strong communication and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work under pressure and make effective decisions. Understanding of quality management, occupational health, and safety requirements. Show more Show less
