Job Summary We are seeking a qualified Senior Technical Office Engineer – Electrical Infrastructure with 4–6 years of relevant experience in hotel, commercial, and residential projects. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge of electrical infrastructure systems, shop drawing preparation, design coordination, quantity take-offs, and technical submittals, ensuring compliance with project specifications, applicable standards, and construction requirements. Key Responsibilities Review electrical design drawings, technical specifications, BOQs, and contract documents. Prepare and review electrical infrastructure shop drawings and as-built drawings. Coordinate electrical infrastructure systems, including MV/LV networks, power distribution, external lighting, earthing, and lightning protection. Coordinate with civil, mechanical, architectural, and other disciplines to resolve technical conflicts and ensure design compatibility. Prepare material submittals, technical submittals, method statements, and other technical documentation. Perform quantity take-offs and review BOQs to ensure accuracy and compliance with project requirements. Raise and respond to Requests for Information (RFIs) to resolve technical issues and clarify design discrepancies. Review technical drawings and documents to ensure compliance with approved designs, project specifications, and applicable codes. Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and site teams to address technical queries and facilitate project execution. Support site teams in resolving technical issues related to electrical infrastructure works. Follow up on technical submissions, approvals, and revisions to meet project deadlines. Assist in evaluating technical changes, variations, and material requirements. Ensure proper documentation and coordination throughout the project lifecycle. Job Requirements Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering. 4–6 years of relevant experience in electrical technical office engineering. Previous experience in electrical infrastructure works within hotel, commercial, and residential projects. Good knowledge of MV/LV networks, power distribution, external lighting, earthing, and lightning protection systems. Experience in preparing and reviewing shop drawings, as-built drawings, technical submittals, and BOQs. Good understanding of electrical design drawings, technical specifications, and applicable standards. Experience in multidisciplinary coordination with civil, mechanical, and architectural teams. Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office. Knowledge of BIM tools and relevant engineering software is an advantage. Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet project deadlines. Preferred Qualifications Experience in large-scale hotel, commercial, and residential developments. Experience in coordinating electrical infrastructure works with site execution teams and consultants. Strong attention to detail and the ability to identify and resolve technical discrepancies.
