Facade Engineer – Aluminum & Glazing Systems

We are looking for an experienced Façade Engineer to manage and coordinate the technical and site execution of aluminum, glass, and façade systems for residential and commercial projects, ensuring quality, compliance with specifications, and timely delivery. Key Responsibilities Manage and supervise curtain walls, structural glazing, aluminum windows, doors, skylights, louvers, and façade cladding systems. Review and coordinate shop drawings, technical specifications, material submittals, and installation details. Conduct site surveys, measurements, and technical assessments. Coordinate with designers, consultants, suppliers, subcontractors, and installation teams. Ensure proper installation, alignment, waterproofing, sealing, and finishing of façade systems. Resolve technical issues related to façade design, fabrication, and installation. Monitor project progress, material requirements, quality, and installation schedules. Conduct inspections, ensure compliance with approved drawings and quality standards, and support project handover. Prepare technical reports, progress updates, and project documentation. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, Architectural, or Façade Engineering. 5+ years of experience in façade engineering, aluminum, and glazing systems. Strong technical knowledge of curtain walls, structural glazing, aluminum windows, doors, skylights, and cladding systems. Familiarity with major aluminum systems such as Schüco, Technal, Reynaers, Alumil, or equivalent. Proficiency in AutoCAD and ability to review technical and shop drawings. Knowledge of façade installation methods, waterproofing, structural requirements, and quality standards. Experience coordinating façade fabrication, installation, and site execution. Strong technical problem-solving and project coordination skills. GCC experience preferred. Valid Qatar driving license preferred. Show more Show less
